My 1990 F350 clutch was engaging about 1 inch from floor, had to turn engine off and start in 1st or reverse. I replaced Clutch Master and slave cylinders, it’s still doing it……is this a pressure plate problem or?………
That's where I'm putting my money! Not that the other stuff ain't legit, I just think the wore out bushing theory is MORE legit.I would check the bushings in your pedal assembly as well. They wear out and you have a lot of pedal movement/slack before anything actually presses on the clutch master cylinder.
