Changing injectors and GP's

Im trying to change out my injectors and glow plugs today, and i can't find any info on how much to torque them back down... Im on my phone and can't get anything with the search so Any info or tips about this would be appreciated!!

33 lbs ft on injectors, and GP's good n snug anti sieze on the threads not the angled face, they are tighten similar to a tapered fit spark plug...fyi

According to my Haynes book Glow plugs 12 ft-lbs and injectors are 35 ft-lbs use anti seize on threads.
