Can't send PM's

I have been trying to send a pm using IE7, Mozilla and Firefox. The pm is a reply to one that was sent to me and I keep getting the following message or one similar.

Any ideas? If it were just one browser, I would think it was my settings, but since it is all three???

Yep, could reply fine. I am wondering, the one I am having problems with is a 5 th. generation pm. I sent it, it was replied to, I replied back, he replied back and now I am trying to reply if that makes sense. I will try just sending a new one and see how it goes.
