Nice looking truck..... is that the one with Head Gasket Issues?

I would replace the headgaskets and run it..... 2wd on the road should get close to 20 or more.... depending on the rear gearing....

That is the one. I have no need for a 2wd, unless it was a reg cab, then I would make it a shortbed and run the wheels off it

Too good of a deal to pass up and I have no need for it.
I originally wanted to take the complete nose and front doors for my F550. But by the time the guy got back to me I had already sourced all the parts needed other than the headlights
