Ats turbo vent hose

My 92 has an ats turbo installed. The vent hose? From the air box to the valve cover is a bit "melty", probably from years of exposure to diesel oil and fumes. Can I order a replacement? Can I make one from 1" hose? It seems to be the only place my motor leaks but it leaks enough to burn up a starter ever 16mos.

None available. use pcv grommets and copper water pipe fittings.
