Fuel safety switch on top of injection pump, it's the electrical connector closest to radiator on top of pump, with key in run position, remove connector plug and you should hear the solenoid click. If you hear that then next would be to crack the fuel lines at the injectors and crank to purge any air, you won't see much fuel but once you see it you should tighten them back down. It also takes a fast spinning starter to start these trucks, if your batteries are weak they will not spin the starter fast enough.
