Anyone have a alarm/remote start installed in their 2006 jetta's? My local sterio shop refuses to install because it will set a airbag code and also they have herd nothing but troubles with aftermarket systems and VW. I told them i can erase the code before the veh leaves the shop with teh vagcom but they still will not do it. I know they make a plug and play kit for most veh. I will eather install myself as i used to work for vw and am quite familiar with electronics or have my friend a vw tech install.
