Aftermarket Tach Options

Since my new truck doesn't have a factory tach in the dash, what are some of my options for running a tach on my truck? My IP gear cover has the provision for a factory sensor, but it is plugged off at the moment.

I'm not opposed to having a factory setup, but they seem to be pretty scarce...

Issapro makes a 4000 rpm diesel tach, for about 125 doollars, and you get everything to hook it up.
