99 Ford F-250 Trailer Wiring Questions

So im guessing my stock 7 plug crapped on me for many of the wires no worky. What i have found is this:
Blue: Power all the time
Orange: Power with key on
White: Ground
Yellow: Left Blinker
Green: No worky
Black: No worky

My question is.... The blue one with power all the time... Would that be the electric break controller?
Orange would be to charge the battery on the trailer while going down the road?
The green is going to get pulled, taped, and replaced with a orange/white one from the right blinker.
And I may pass on the reverse lights if i cant find the wire... depends on how lazy i get..

BK/LG Trailer back up lamps.
DB Trailer brake feed. Output from brake controller) This should not be hot all the time.
DG Trailer right turn.
Y Trailer left stop.
O Trailer battery feed (hot key on only)
W Ground.
