after replacing front floor pans, removing rad support fixed rust, pulled engine rebuilt reinstalled, 3 inch body lift and new mounts on my 1990 f250 the only thing that doesnt work after getting everything back together is the tach, and the tps. removed the cruise control and the fuel tank switch block. just running one tank. tach sensor is good tps is good they were off truck when running 5 months ago. have tcm ground, chassis ground etc. the tps has on three wires (12.4v, 11.2v, 9.8v) signal wire at cluster for tach has 9.8v constant. everything works etc them od light is off button works only have manual 1st, 2nd, 3rd gears no lock up. range sensor is adjusted corectly. swapped tcm for a known good one figuring it might have gotten hit while welding and same stuff. all grounds on rad support connected etc. lost here.
