6.5l wont start

i have a 1994 6.5 turbo diesel and it wont start. The glow plugs wont even cycle and ive changed the glow plug controller. Is there another relay somewere that i have missed that might be burnt out???? It was doing this a little bit before and as soon as i got the plugs to cycle it would run like a top. Any help will be great.

Check all fuses.....may be a bad IGN switch (not the key cylinder)...
