I have a 95 6.5 turbo diesel with the motor out of a 99 van. I started the truck one day and it started idling incredibly fast. Doesn't settle down either. Iv had many suggestions as what the problem could be. Im new to diesels and with everything being electronic not sure where to start. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated....
