4th Annual Fall Get Together in MI

The Secord family rolled into the driveway about 4pm today. Great to meet all of you, and we'll definately be coming to another get-together!

I just wanted to say thanks and offer a virtual round of applause to Darrin for putting this together. Sorry I had to leave Saturday, but that's the way it is for now I guess! Maybe next time...

Anyway, it was great to see all my friends and to meet some new ones! It was a great turnout and we had a great time.

And Darrin, I think you have some competition in the Beth's favorites order...Diesel is climbing the chart pretty quickly!

Rolled in about quarter to 10 last night. Too tired to do anything other than unload and get to bed. Uneventfull trip, and everything went well. It was a blessing to see you all, and we'll hope to see everyone again soon. Nice to meet some new faces, and thanks for the parts and goodies. Now I got 2 projects to get finished up quickly. Have a safe trip Scarpa's!

We rolled in about 4 yesterday afternoon and was a wee bit of a tense ride most of the way home.

The water temps on Goldie were hovering around 230ish for most of the trip.

A couple of times when I was concentrating on traffic it hit 240 due the concerns of an idiot in a powerstroke with loud exhaust and obviously a chip racing around and blowing smoke on everybody he passed.

Dang nasty winds on the trip home really tasked Goldie with the monsterous windsail and at 60-65 mph, it was a long 1 hour drive.

I'm pretty sure the fan clutch is toast and will be looking at the electric fan mod this winter when Goldie goes into hibernation.

Overall, the Butts' had a great time even with Karen getting lost in the fog Saturday night on the way back from work.

I slept right thru the weather warning tones from my fire pager last night too.

It was great to see everybody again and even a few new faces as well.

Any one seen my Kodak Camera? Last I remember having it under Chris's truck doing the driveshaft deal.... Gray/silver... tons of scratches... pictures of me in a speedo on the memory card if you can find it....

I have captured what is possibly the last known pic of the missing camera. It is lying on the ground next to Travis while he was helping Chris install the driveshaft.

I also have another pic of it that I took during the 2009 IDI Weekend at the show and shine that will help with the identification.

I'll call the campground this morning to see if someone turned it in.

It would be nice to have it back so we have a record of Travis in a thong,...

Hey Scott, It was great seeing you and Beth again, I am used to loosing out to Diesel, so that is not a real surprise to me
