As the title says at 2000 rpm and up my truck is spitting and blowing white smoke. Idles fine. I do get a lil sputter at hi rpm driving but most of the time this truck is under 55mph. I changed the down pipe. Removed muffler and cat. Truck sounds great. Recently did fuel filter as I found some SAND in my fuel bowl. New TC. New u joints new carrier bearing. Running T6 oil. New glow plugs. Newer ICP sensor. Cleaned EBPV sensor. Cleaned screens in FPR. I'm leaning towards the fuel pump in the valley...

Maybe. Check wot fuel psi.
Also try unplugging the ICP while driving to see if it goes away.

This is only while free revving. Very minimal while driving unless you really mat it.
Tried testing fuel pressure. The needle jumped between 60-90 non stop. Unplugged ICP at idle. No diff other than check engine light.

The needle jump is normal or a factory mechanical pump.
Was that sitting still or wot freeway run?

If your getting that kind of pressure, it's not the fuel pump. Unless you have a gauge filled with glycerine, the needle will jump, it can't track that fast of pulses. White smoke when driving is late fuel injection, cause can be low/late HPOP oil pressure injection (IPR). Check the solenoid tin nut, could be loose.
Wish I was a Bank, then I could charge interest.

Ya might take the IPR apart and clean it. Parts needed.

It does not blow smoke while driving. Only while revving in park. Nut is not loose. I've been all over this truck.

Truck drives fine. Towed 5k last week with no problems. Put it in park and rev it up. It does not wanna go past 2000 -2500. spits and spudders. Then it will break thru and run up to 3 grand.

Thinking about it. I've had mine do that. It's not everytime, but usually only happens when I've added oil.
Will only do it for a bit, then will Rev past and be fine.
I think it has to do with air getting in the HPO system.

I've noticed I've been using oil lately. Not much. Maybe a quart every couple months. Now I'm leaning towards injector o rings.

Not really. It fires within two seconds or cranking cold or hot. Also I was costing down a hill the other day and put it in N and it died. Then went to back out of a parking spot later in the day and it died. Allways fires right back up.
