Hello guys,
I'm gonna do a front shackle reversal on my 1990 f350 4x4. I see that Sky Manufacturing http://www.sky-manufacturing.com/cgi-bin/commerce.cgi?preadd=action&key=FORD-FSR-003 , Ruff stuff http://www.ruffstuffspecialties.com/catalog/UNFLIP.html , I think tuff country and even this ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/Ford-Front-...ng-Conversion-Sky-Manufacturing-/321554193133 all build kits.
Can anybody that has done a reversal or has used one of these give some input?
I've "heard" that you can use your stock springs. You need to use super duty springs only....etc. Nobody around me has done anything like this so I'm reaching out.
I'm not going for the lift, more so for the ride. I seem to be hitting the bump stops while driving. I have pro-comp shocks on it now, few years old. Mostly used for tow rig.
Thanks for your help.
