04 Check engine light

I have a 04 3500. The check engine light comes on about every 480 miles. After 3 starting cycles it will rest it's self and go out. This has happened 2 times. Both on long trips. Anybody have any ideas of what could be wrong?

Have you pulled the codes out of it? I see this is an old post so maybe you found the problem?

04 Check engine light

Thanks for the response. It seems that is was the Edge chip that I put on it that was causing the problem. Some thing to do with the fuel pressure sensor not liking the chip. But the better mileage and power I get from the chip, I am just going to deal with the light going on and off now and then. The truck runs fine and the Dodge dealer said that the codes don't show that there is anything wrong with the engine.
