It needs a turbo...
I picked up the system off of a buddy of mine who owns a salvage yard. The turbo spins but it does have some drag. For that, I got a rebuild kit on the way. I was going to put it on my 6.9, but I do not want to have to modify everything. There is just enough of a difference in the body style that it does not fit.
When I say system, it is complete except for a few nuts, bolts, and the IC.

the Aluminum intake and turbo outlet piece

And if you really need, I can include the airbox all the way to the turbo.
Looking for a turbo system that fits the 6.9 without many mods. Price is $1200. I am open to offers if someone has a deal on a good IDI turbo setup.
