1985 F-250 4x4- headlights do not work, but all other lights do

Thank you and I won't take any suggestions the wrong way. I am the one standing here scratching my head over headlights. :) Do you know if these year trucks have a fusable link and not a fuse in the fuse box? I actually didn't check the bulbs only because both are out and that is pretty...

1985 F-250 4x4- headlights do not work, but all other lights do

Hey guys, I took Big Red out the other day to a friends house and when I started to leave (at night), my headlights wouldn't work. Running, dash, and brake lights all work. I am stumped. When I checked the fuse box, there wasn't anything labled for headlights. Is there a fusable wire...

Only cranks after being plugged in

It fired up without being plugged in, but, required a few more turns than normal to start. The glow plug light only cycles one time without being plugged in. Checked both batteries and both are fully charged and have 13 Volts. Just wondering why it would take a few more turns to start? Could...

Only cranks after being plugged in

Okay. New relay and new plugs. She starts without being plugged up. However, she used to fire up on the first turn of the motor and now, the starter has to turn over 4 or 5 times before it starts. Also, the glow plug light only comes on one time now. Thoughts?
