    WTB downpipe for factory turbo

Thanks! Unfortunately they only fit the powerstroke direct injection motor and won't work on my '94 IDI :(

    Where Can I Buy One!?!?!

One exactly like that came in my truck. I didn't like it and took it out. I'm pretty sure its long gone now though (I've moved 4 times since then and can't remember seeing it around :( ). If I find it I'll shoot you a pm (but its unlikely I will).

IDI Metal Fuel Injector Lines $25

A picture would be great. No rush and I'll be out of town tomorrow - the end of the week. Where are you located? I'm in NoVA and am headed to Roanoke - anywhere between there I could maybe swing by and pick them up :)

    Recommendations for tires?

I'm running some Toyo Open Country AT and love them. Good grip, good feel, seem to be well made. I'd recommend staying away from BFG, before this I had BFG Commercial TAs and the entire tread blew off the rear at ~20k miles and did a bunch of damage :( No warning, didn't hit anything, not...

My idi got to go on a chase last night...

That's wild! Sounds like your truck is running well. Hope the thieving scum get what they deserve before long.

    WTB downpipe for factory turbo

I'd like to upgrade the downpipe on my '94 factory turbo IDI. Don't have the tools etc to fab my own. Would be interested in the banks downpipe or the ATS kit with the larger housing depending on price. thanks!

RPM/ MPG sweet spot for NA 7.3

Nope, most major CA interstates (and some secondary roads) are above 55.

    1994 F250 4x4 xlt Factory Turbo 2000 obo

Bump, any idea on the rear Bilsteins? I'll be in Roanoake for an exam Monday-Wed with a bit of time Monday or Wednesday evening. Also, I don't know if there are different versions of the Bilstein, but I've got the yellow/blue ones up front and would want them to match of course :)

    ABS Problems...

I would definitely recommend not driving the truck till its fixed, sounds quite dangerous, especially for others on the road! For what its worth my truck will lock up the front wheels and will just chirp the rear wheels a little. The pedal stays firm and doesn't mush down even when the ABS is...

    cheap turbo truck

Wow that's a heck of a deal! If I had a place to park it it'd almost be worth flying out and driving back to the east coast.

    White Smoke on long pull?

Tranny shouldn't put out any smoke, and if it were it wouldn't do it for very long! I'd guess that maybe you've an oil leak that's dripping onto the exhaust.

    ABS Problems...

Does it do the same thing if you press on the pedal hard when you are stopped? If so, you could have a bad internal master cylinder seal (assuming brake fluid isn't leaking out). The valve mentioned above is a known trouble spot as well.

IDI Metal Fuel Injector Lines $25

I might be interested, anyone else know if they are the same for my truck (details in signature)? Also, what shape are they in? New?

For cars/trucks you need ins in fl, for motorcycles you don't if I'm not much mistaken.

    1994 F250 4x4 xlt Factory Turbo 2000 obo

Congrats on the sale. Any chance the Bilsteins also fit the rear of a stock '94 F250 4x4? I'm guessing the answer is no, but figured I'd check:) Best I can tell from their website my truck would take a F4-B46-1618-H0 out back (already have the bilsteins up front, love them and dig the...

Why does a gooseneck tow better

Yep, aerodynamics makes a huge difference. My 2k lbs 20' box trailer is quite tall and wide and if I hit a headwind it takes a surprising amount of throttle to keep the speed up. I've also towed a much heavier tractor on a flat-bed and found it actually took less throttle at speed, though...

    Just left ATS

I wish someone would come up with a factory turbo upgrade alternative to the ATS - something with a good connection between the turbo and dp and good flow. Heck, just a housing that's made to take an OBS PSD downpipe would be awesome if that would work. I'd really like to un-choke my factory...

    Need Help: IDI vs IDIT

I'm virtually certain that the turbo IDI motors have the same compression, cam specs and all that as the N/A. They do have stronger pistons, larger pins and stuff like that so they can take more stress and higher egt without dieing. Running an IDI turbo long block as a N/A motor shouldn't...

    E4OD Upgrades

I put a banks transcomander on mine, made a huge difference in how it felt. I suspect it'll be more durable as its not so mushy feeling so must be cooler/easier on the clutches. I run an isspro trans temp gauge, have never seen it get hot, but a good thing to have so you can keep an eye on...

    1994 F250 4x4 xlt Factory Turbo 2000 obo

If you do decide to do any parts separately, I'd be very interested in the exhaust and downpipe if you decide to part it. if you aren't parting it I could drive my truck down and we could swap my stock (but good shape) stuff out ;) I'll be in Roanoke at the end of the month.

    Fuel milage

That sounds about right to me. I get around 13-14mpg towing my enclosed trailer at 65-70mph with 3.55's or at 60-65mph with 4.10's. My truck is a little different, but should be of similar efficency I think. Here's the truck and trailer in question Note, if the trailer is loaded really...

10.25 Limit Slip, 4.10 rear end $400 OBO

For sale, original rear end from my 94 F-250. it has about 127k miles on it, mostly empty or towing a motorcycle trailer. Its a 4.10 ratio limited slip. Was working great when removed, I just swapped out for a 3.55 and it was easier for me to swap the whole rear than the gears. Its been...

how bad did I hurt it.

I'd strongly recomend putting it in 4-low (but leave the hubs unlocked) for backing a heavy trailer much - the revers bands in E4OD's are not the best and as you noted the trans tends to get really hot when working in reverse - I've replaced more than a few E4OD's that died in reverse due to...

    Puzzling Boost Issue.

Those are super low EGT's. My stock factory turbo will get up to 1000 deg F quite easily. I know the banks setup has less backpressure, but that's a huge difference. Even if your turbo isn't making full boost you should see smoke and high egt's. If your pyro is accurate you've got a fueling...
