    Torque converter shutttttter

    What causes it? Is the clutch disk inside worn out? It will mainly do it under turbo boost but every now and then under normal acceleration, Does it need to be upgraded to handle the turbo or is a good rebuilt stock one going to be fine.

    The power comes from the run position on the key.....Do the glow plugs cycle on and off until the vehicle warms up?

    First thing is this motor fits snug as a bug in a rug! :rotflmao the E4od fits nicely above the front cross member rear cross member with C6 trans mount, the cross member has to be lowered 2" brake power booster clearance is nice steering box clearance is good about 1 1/2"...

    Anyone running an electric fuel pump?

    How are you filtering it before it hits the pump? I was thinking of running my already existing gas pump it pushes 90PSI but take it and regulate down to 30-50PSI, Id love to get rid of the filter head up on the motor and move it to the frame but dont know if it can handle that much PSI...

    Having trouble with your E4OD

    Check the passenger side plug wiring This is mine with insulation and heat shield in place, Went to clean because it was caked with dirt and oil it shifted ok but never drove it and distance because its a parts truck so I could guess how it would shift when warmed up or a damp rainy day.

    Wrong size injector line or wrong type.....

    I got my engine tore down it has a rubber hydraulic hose on injector #6 you could hear a slight miss when it was running,Firing too late and heres what it looks like,You can see the carbon deposit on the front edge of the piston.. I will be getting them pop tested if I can find a shop close...

    The real advantage of running a turbo??

    Besides towing, Does it help with fuel mileage is it justifiable to spend that kinda change? The Holley fuel injection system I put on my truck was suppose to give me 20% better mileage but didnt do jack for the money spent on the system.
