    And I put in a new vacuum modulator, i bought a black stripe but when I received it there were no "stripes" on it. Just the standard gold finish with a black O ring. Is this going to have any affect on anything?

    Hiwndo i test the VRV for function? Its new but i guess that doesnt mean good. Top vac line comes from the tree and the bottom goes to trans mod. I guess i could try swapping just for S&G's

    It reves to the governor but wont shift up. The old VRV was clogged/plugged and the the trans wouldnt shift unless done manually, now its shifting way to soon. It runs great shifting manually, runs smooth, but if im in second at 30-35 and go from 2 into D it goes right into 3rd.

    Ok 86 f250 dual tanks, when I have the rear tank "on" truck runs fine, if I switch to the front tank the truck dies????? I thought it could be the pickup tube rusted off(have not pulled sending unit) but Ill fill up front tank fun down the road maybe a mile and then she just dies, and wont fire...

    Ok trucks all back together finally(only took a year) and I took it around the block today and the trans wont shift........at all. I can manually shift it into second and it drives fine it just wont shift on its own. I have strong vacuum from the pump going into the VRV and everything...
