    Where can I buy a wastegate actuator?

    I broke the wastegate actuator on my 7.3 idi factory turbo while trying to adjust the boost. Where can I buy a replacement actuator? If you guys have a part number please post it up. Thanks!

    Moose Pump Install

    It was my multimeter. After using the multimeter that I borrowed from work, the TPS is now reading 1.1 at idle and 4.4 and full throttle. Since I only use my truck for towing, I might adjust it to 1.2. Gary, the picture I used was one that I found on Google images. My TPS is grey.

    That's exactly how I installed it. One of the allen screws is going through the hole in the throttle shaft, and the other is just tight on the shaft body.     I just fixed the attachments. Was I not suppose to remove the PIN that the arrow is pointing too? I couldn't get the round lever with the allen screws to go on without removing the PIN.

    Forgot to mention, the top wire had 9v at idle and the bottom wire had a constant 5v no matter what. Not sure if that's normal.

    No matter what I do, I can't seem to adjust the tps so that it has an idle voltage of anything below 2. It either has no idle voltage or 2 if I turn the tps completely towards the front of the truck. Maybe I installed the tps and it's bracket wrong when I switched it from the old pump to the new...

    The parts are in! I got the downpipe installed last night. Surprisingly, it was a pretty easy install, only took me about an hour. Going to try and get the moose pump and injectors installed by this weekend. I'll keep you guys updated.

    Okay... the mods are on their way. I hope this investment pays off! I just placed an order for the famous Moose Pump (Junior), BB injectors, Banks 3" DP, and a set of GlowShift gauges (EGT, Boost, Trans Temp). I'm crossing my fingers that this will give me the power that I'm looking for. :)

    a) what rear axle ratio is in your truck currently? You know where to place your bets, it has a 4.10 rear end. b) when was the last time you had it timed? I've never had it timed, not sure if the last owner did. I'll search around to see if someone in my area has the proper tools to time it...
