    Well It sure as heck wasn't critters, unless they were on the nanometer scale. I'm wondering, since at this point all of the effected hosing is on the return line side, if just a bit of air in with ULSD causes some sort of reaction with the hose rubber and perforates it at the microscopic level...

    Jeff, Compu Doc is RIGHT! We did the Gibson on his ambulance with a chrome tip and it sounds awesome! My 4xvan is running whatever 3" stainless muffler came on it when I got it as an N/A engine, now it's got a turbo and sounds OK... If/when that muffler dies, I'm going to a Gibson too. DEEP...
