I do about 4hr road trips in my 92 f350 back home and to off road parks. Trans runs at about 170 up until the last 1.5hrs then it's at 200 or 207 whether I'm towing or not. Engine runs at about 200. Are those trams temps too hot or are they good? Has am e4od.
Thanks
F250 has wiring problems and no trans and the f350 just needs to be put together and has a 5spd. Figured it'd be easy to put the f350 together than to do a 5spd swap and rewire the whole thing

when i was driving home from the badlands in Indiana I was unable to go over 60 mph and the trans temp was at 220F. When i switched to the front take the trans temp dropped to 180 and i was able to go to 70. what could be causing this issue??
