    Sounds like the kit I just came across. Mine has BAE on the exhaust manifold. Do a search for RotoMaster Turbo on here, I have some pictures of the setup.

    Yeah, they put sodium siicate (liquid glass) in the engines. Although I noticed all the diesels we got in, most of them would still start, and had clean oil. :dunno

    It spins free, and is tight. But I was going to rebuild it anyway, just in case.

    More pictures The manifold says BAE on it. The turbo has an A/R 85 on it. And also Roto- Master Hi-Flo.

    Like anything else, open up the intake, open up the exhaust. Look up the soup bowl mod on here, to open your air cleaner up.

    This turbo still spun freely and had no side to side, worn out movement. I would still have it rebuilt, just to be safe. The intake tube had oil in it. I got all the pieces to it, took me about an hour to get out. I had the truck up on a forklift that helped, and my Matco 3/8 impact helped...

    It has a hat on the intake like on a ghost tube, then the stock air filter is relocated forward more on another hat that has the black tube going into it. I will get better pictures tomorrow when I bring it home.

    On this one, the turbo sits more toward the middle, and the cross over tube from the pass side comes up right under it. Yes it is mounted on the drivers side of the engine.
