Experiences with the 6.0 PSD?
the egr issues have really gone down since ULSD was put on the market. I love mine, I would look for one that did not have a chip, and had the wheels and tires you could live with, I see chip, and big mudder tires, and think ran too hard. Mine has all I need, then some.- dsblack

Fun-fest coming to a close?
wishing does not help. I do not see the price of anything coming down any time soon! Lots to think about. My MB gets a constant 23-25mpg. and needs a lot of work. The days of free WVO are going if not gone. and it is getting harder to find. I have not moved to the point of WMO in my cars...- dsblack

Problems filtering WVO
I use blue jeans placed in a cut out in the top of a drum. Then I have a heater in the bottom of the drum with a water heater t-stat on the outside of the drum. Wrapped it all in a water heater blanket. I pour it in, the oil heats and filters. Then I pump it warm through a goldenrod filter at...- dsblack

Stuck in the back seat
Mine did the same, felt like it was moving but would not go quite all of the way And i replaced all of the lock motors. Got a couple extra if you need them. Let me know. Doug- dsblack

I think I got a problem here
If using the coke, do not use Diet... It is the sugar. And it does not damage the belt, and cleans off in a short while. I had issues with the belt dressing stuff also. Sounds like the new belt helped?- dsblack

So it is slipping because of the feel? If there is no noise, on little trick to try is to put a little coke-a-cola on a warm blet and see if it improves. Makes the belt sticky and grabs the pully. But sounds like a pump to me.- dsblack
