POP testing procedures and tips?
It looks like it is just dirty tips yet. Or maybe dirt in the bore. I soaked them again, and brushed them again. I now have them all working correctly, like the first video but one.- Deib

This second and third video is what I am fighting with these. Pressure is great, no leaks. But not popping or atomization. If I pump if a lot faster it will start to pulse but still not like the first video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DjJ4qoUW6sw&feature=youtu.be- Deib

I am pop testing a set of BB codes and I am having some issues. I have pop tested Gm, BMW and other injectors, most of the problems have always been self inflicted like getting dirt in the injector while cleaning. Sticking a plunger or that type of thing. I am working on these 7.3...- Deib

Small car with diesel engine, what works the best with wmo???
We have a couple Mark VII lincolns with the diesel in it. Keep looking at WMO but really we are getting mid 30s and we get the luxury of the lincoln. They used a BMW engine same as in the 524td. Nissan SD33 Diesel in a 2WD Jeep Cherokee?
I put one in a 2 wheel drive chevy pickup. Put an aluminum flatbed on it. It ran okay, a little doggy like you said but ran 32 on the highway and held speed just fine. Given your weight and wind resistance I would think mid twenties is safe guess.- Deib

It isn't as bad as you think. if your trailer has decent tires you will be fine. You have to remeber this truck weighs maybe 7,500lbs. at least 10% of that is carried by the tongue. You can always run more, like 15 or 20%. But stick at 10% That means 750 lbs tongue weight and that leave...- Deib

Started my DT360 swap yesterday
That doesn't make any sense at all. 850 is all your seeing? Are you sure the pyro is good? Boost isn't horrible but it sounds like your pump is all jacked up. If you can't reach 1,200 degrees lugging this thing up a hill something is not right. You are not getting enough fuel. You said it...- Deib

Need help from the Rustbelt.
Ford did not do well with the brake line material. You have to make your own. Usually it is not bad all the way from the front to the rear so find a good spot, easy access and cut it. Flare it and bend a new one to run the rest of the way. It won't look the same, it won't fit the same but...- Deib

IDI Bronco FS
That was on ebay a while back and did not get any takers. It is actually pretty rough, so be sure and ask lots of questions if you are going to travel very far for it.- Deib

Gear Vendors not working
There really isn't much difference between the two, maybe the additive package is different. The important thing is drain it often. Synthetic manual trans fluid it what is recommended. Stick with that.- Deib
