Help! Sudden extreme fuel consumption
Update: Replaced air filter, cleaned cdr, replaced fuel filter, and oil change. Got rid of almost all my black smoke, only now have a little bit at hard throttle/ higher rpms. BUT now i notice constant grey smoke at idle. w/ over 200k on what im betting are original parts, im thinking injectors...- Blue Rebel

I unhooked both lines to the rear (unused) tank at the splitter, wrapped them in a baggie, and drove it around the block. No fuel in the baggie at all. OK, plan for today is install new air filter, drain fuel, refill w/ 10 gal known good fuel, replace fuel filter, and oil change. Ill top off...- Blue Rebel

Yup, intake is all sorts of oily, cdr def is not doing its job. I removed it, and its soaking in parts solvent right now. Ive got a new air filter on order, that wont be in until the end of the week. It idles the same as it always has, sitting here listening to it seems to be fairly smooth. I dont have a tach so i cant tell you what rpm tho. When i load it (full throttle) i do get some smoke out the tailpipe, but not billows. When cold it does need to crank for roughly 5-10 seconds, when...- Blue Rebel

Hey guys, this problem is on my 93 F350 7.3 N/A. Ive been getting poor (14-15mpg) fuel economy since last fall, but i attributed that to winter blend fuel. 83 300 I6 generator questions

Dad had new tires installed, ALLOT OF WEIGHTS

Just Picked up this little jem
thanks for all the welcomes guys! Yeah, that front bumper needs to go, But im gonna wait until i can find a half way decent stocker to replace it. That wont solve the front sagging though, gonna need to lift the front to get rid of that.- Blue Rebel
