    No Tach...My rig let me down

    Hi Gary it could be one of two fuses. On the fuse panel under the dash fuse number 17 a 10 amp fuse. Or in the power distribution box item number 17 a 50 amp maxi fuse. Hope this helps

    I want to thank everyone who tried to help. It turns out it was a maxi fuse in the power distribution box. I'm feeling pretty stupid that it took me this long to find it but glad it was a cheap fix

    Sorry i changed the one on the fender. We call that a solenoid in Australia and a relay is a 4 pin switch box thing

    I didn't do the voltage check I just put another solinoid on and no difference. I have checked the fuses and all looked good

    The odometer is blank nothing at all and I've tried moving gear selector with key in the start position

    Thanks for the replies I will check the key switch and the speed sensor. Does the speed sensor have anything to do with the odometer because that's not working neither

    A few days ago I was out in my truck (1993 7.3 e4od 4wd) stopped at shop came back to truck and it would not crank over. I checked fuses, nothing blown so i slid under truck, shorted the starter and it started straight up. While driving home the truck had hard shifts and the speedo is not...

    I was running two filters. I just by passed my aftermarket filter and ran the standard filter/ filterhead and no difference, will do some other test later. Now I got to go back to painting my hemi charger

    I can hear the pump when the key is on and it pumps through schrader valve , just not enough when at speed
