Machine bolts are nothing more than a small diameter fine thread nut and bolt. Sorry I was not clearer on that.

Just a random question, are you running a stock injection pump? And is it turned up?
Any black smoke?

I'm betting a restriction, like the above.

I may be wrong, but my memory is telling me that the FSV is put together with rivets. I seem to recall that one member here, maybe Oldbull8, has taken an FSV apart and cleaned/repaired it. If that is the case, he'll come along in due time and tell you all about it. He may even have done a write-up on the process.

My group buy pump does this also...mounted on the frame under cab.
I cleaned the fsv, added 1.. 2" pre filter after the tanks, 6 months ago when I pulled the mech pump , and new filter at the head unit, on a full pull with 5k 5er it fires the light these have a 10' head right?
Less than 3k on the filters.
