I got two videos for you, one of my first start of the day running cold (with and without the cold advance solenoid connected, mine runs like $#!7 with it connected), and one of a hot start / warm idle after using the truck for a few hours. Hopefully they're helpful to you.
I don't know if I'd call my engine 100% healthy, it has 300k+ miles and it's untouched other than GP's / IP / Injectors. The valves could be ready to drop for all I know, but it doesn't burn more than a quart of oil in 3k miles, has zero blowby out the filler neck, and the compression checked out perfect ~15k miles ago. It's just finicky in the morning sometimes, and for whatever reason it idles rough with the cold advance solenoid connected.
