went to look at a psd today, well get to that one in a second. while i was there i saw he had a 95 cummins sitting there. i asked about that one first, 95 12v auto ext cab long bed 2wd with 363k miles. i drove it and really liked it, and was really close to buying it without giving the ford a chance. i thought to myself i can at least drive the psd and then choose. it was a 95 f250 7.3 auto 2wd ext cab long bed with 282k miles. after i drove it i made my pick easily ill pick it up this week sometime.

so guess which one i bought!

I sure hope it was the stroke. Throw a new cps in there and keep the oil changed and you got yourself a good truck and engine

haha i know i know 2wd auto. this is just going to be a dd, tows small loads here and there and rarely be offroad so it seemed to be the most appropriate choice. thats why i started the thread "auto vs manual" to help me decide. the 5 speed got old shifting in traffic. loved the 4x4 but no one around here ever wants to go play anymore .
