It was sitting on top. Sounds like not water in it, so that's good.
Get some cheap oil and run it for a bit and drain it again.

That's what I'm thinking. Could pull the glowplugs so it'll crank freely with no load. Just crank it pretty good, then drain.
With new fuel pump, should start now.
Give it just a little squirt into the filter. A hair more as needed.

Are you getting white smoke out the tailpipe when cranking? No white smoke no go.
Was it really biodiesel that was run, or Waste Vegetable Oil? Big difference.
WVO can gunk up the injection pump and injectors. Ask me how I know.
If the injectors are gunked up...no fuel...no white smoke.

Bbjordan I cranked the truck today and I seen white smoke. This is what he said he put in it... I was mixing diesel fuel with filtered transmission fluid and filtered oil.

WMO or waste ATF won't generate that sludge on their own. Moisture, diesel, and motor oil mix into that goo.

Empty, fill with cheap oil, diagnose/resolve start issue, and change oil again soon.

Bought a new relay today and as I was taking the old one out, I found out somebody had wired it wrong. I installed the new one the correct way now my wait to start light comes on for about 5 seconds then extinguishes and the relay goes to clicking. Didn't do this before on the old one because of wiring. Now I'm assuming (from research), the glow plugs do need to be changed definitely because they are not latching onto the plugs to heat up. I took a reading from two of the glow plugs and got less than 1 ohm which is good right? I have all new eight plugs from motorcraft that are going to be installed tomorrow.

IDIoit scared to do it hahahaha. Looks like my glow plugs aren't glowing. Made a new glow plug harness and replaced them all with motorcraft plugs. 3 of them I left out to see if they where going to get hot and they didnt. New relay also. Wait to start light comes on for 3 seconds then the relay starts clicking still. All plugs are brand new. When making the harness checked continuity and it was good. Idk what I'd going on!!!

I'm no professor, but do t they have to be grounded to heat?
Without working glowplugs, is the best time to use eather
