It appears to be a cab-chassie, and I believe that the bed is hand made, There is no manufacture tag that I could find.

this is interesting.i just ordered (like literally just a couple hrs ago) another underbody toolbox for the rear like that.and have plans to join them together (though probably just bolted) to make the whole side skirt flush for fuel economy something like that.though undecided about cutting the wheel well around the tire.id like that style of course,by the fuel economy will be better if it's flush the whole way.seeing this make it tough not to follow lol.
