That beds going to be ridiculously small.

4ft 6 inches useable inside length lol one day somewhere down the road it will be 4 wheel drive also...but $400 is what im into it doing the cab swap including welding and cutting supplies etc so thats not bad i dont think

are you taking a bed off an Explorer Sport-trac or are you going to shorten the one from the original truck?

cool idea!!!

With the porosity of the welds I'd coat the hell out of the inside and outside of that thing(with a Por15 or 2 part epoxy type material)...other wise you are gonna have one hell of a headache in the not too distant future.

Other than that...like I said at first...Cool Idea!!!

got a lil more done...and when i say a lil i mean a lil...you guys seen my intercooler install other than that ive been wiring and moving glow plug controller, been taking back of the blinker sockets apart and fixing the wiring on them cause they were all exposed...but mostly everything is wired...except my blinkers:mad: got my initial cuts on the bed so it barely fits right now and it is sitting up on blocks right now...but i have to still strip off my backwall for the bed so i can put it in place on this one ...im going to be rewrapping the backwall so it will be factory as possible
