Stopped for diesel fuel today and noticed that off road diesel and clear kerosene were both rated as not more than 500ppm. Does this mean the kerosene would be a better fuel than ULSD?

I have an 84 F250 with stock springs. Truck has 35x12.50x16.5 BFG mud tires on it. No clearance problems. Just picked up some 37x12.50x16.5 tires cheap. What will I have to do to fit these tires. Truck is only used on road.
