    Actually Cummins is not DODGE. And if a 12V Cummins is crap, then why do the F-650's have Cummins (or Cat) engines and not PSDs? I guess when it comes to heavy duty trucks the people who build Fords don't want any part of the Power Stroke Diesel?LOL

    Part out the F-350 and find a 12 valve Cummins instead. That will definitely be a lot cheaper than trying to squeeze 400hp out of a 7.3 PS.

    I especially like the feature trucks with 16" lifts and 40" tires and every Banks Power product they could cram under the hood:rolleyes: -Lame . I wish they'd show some real trucks.

    My auto is a turd! My 5 speed =:peelout. Plus I don't have to spend $4000 to get a 5 speed built so that it will actually work the way it should and still be reliable.

    I don't really like the G56 in my Dodge. Overdrive is too low geared, definitely not great for the freeway driving. I'd rather have a Ford ZF6, I know they make adapters. Do you want to sell the SMF? If it's still good, that is. I'm gonna be doing a 5 speed swap as soon as I have time...

    I have a factory turbo, but it'll be a few months before I get it off the truck. I don't know what kind of shape it's in, but the truck has a hell of a lot more power than my other truck. PM me if you're interested.

    Toasted C-6 or maybe C-6 toast???

    Mine makes noise in reverse. Sounds like it's grinding a little, but only when I'm backing up a steep hill or when my truck is loaded down. I hate autos so it's just one more reason to slap a 5 speed in it.

    There is much more force on the front of the truck when hitting the brakes than on the rear, and when adding a block it elevates the leverage point on the front axle. This can cause the front axle to roll under and spit the block right out the front, then you could lose your steering and control...

    best cummins overall

    I would love to have Superduty with a CommonRail Cummins:love: . But in an older truck a 12 valve would probably be the easiest to swap and the easiest to modify.
