    Well... they screwed my starter!

    Put a denso on my 6.9 from the above mention company. Haven't had any problems with it. To me, it was easier to install than the mitsu and turned my engine faster. My mitsu may have been on its way out, but the denso really helped the starting.

    C6 Trouble (posting for a friend)

    Hey chris - when I first got my 86 f250, transmission shifted exactly the same - seemed like it changed to second at about 3 miles per hour - changed modulator which didn't help. Found that the vacum hoses at the VRV at the pump were crossed. Switched them and the trans shifted perfect.

    I'm a newby with diesels, but I've noticed tht with my 86 6.9 that my blow-by out the filler neck is a lot greater when the air filter is off. When the air filter is on, the motor hardly has any blow-by.
