I highly recommend checking timing. I too had smoke, backed off IP until it reduced but then had no power. I got the instrument to time it, and found that it was almost 20 BTC at idle! Way too advanced. Previous owner had just had all glow plugs replaced, so I was happy I got timing set...- GerryL

It sounds like your making progress! I ran into the same thing last fall. I put the full Banks kit on my 1994 F250 7.3 NA. Front seat options for 1994 F250 extended cab?
Hi everyone! I'm looking for info on bolt in seat options for my truck. It has a straight bench which is fine when I drive, but if I'm a passenger and my wife is driving, she needs the seat full forward and of course I'm up against the dash/windshield.
