    parallel turbos

looks much better and should work out fine I think as i said before any restriction on the drain = bad outcome and really expensive consequences been there done that it didn't end well and sad part is I did it 2 times and both times killed the motors 1 it hydro locked engine via oil sucked in...

    parallel turbos

I am worried man your drains are a bit iffy to say the least -12 minimum from experience or you will have issues and blow past the seals in turbo and pump crank case oil into the intake causing a runaway just my 2 cents out of first hand experience be carefull man the drain is the most critical...

looking good it looks to be coming along as i said be carefull I think these are going to come on hot aka hard to control the boost will be nothing nothing holy crap we got more boost than can handle kind of situation. I think waste gates are going to struggle to control it especially when they...

    driveshaft shenanigans

argue that with DANA the manufacturer of said differentials they flat out told me anything but the castrol I linked or the original fluid ( no longer available by ford ) which was ford branded castrol would damage them and not allow them to work correctly ( UNLESS YOU BUY THE TRAK LOK ADDITIVE...

mobile looks good again I advise the castrol as even dana say that is the one needed the one ford used to sell they no longer sell for our differential trak loks DANA specified the castrol one was only one that supported warranty I am just giving advice I was told directly from DANA for our trak...

a hint use something to make a transfer mark from the intake to a steal or aluminum plate for the circle then trace it out then get a 3/8 or so plate of steal or aluminum and trim it down to size needed you can use a drill press and nibble it at a light depth around this mark then clean it up...

6.9 with the turbo's and decompressed the way you have 15psi should be good out of experience I have pushed 20psi on NA rods decompressed similar to what you will have with most of mods you got and never had a issue headgaskets popped not the rods and that was because i got greedy and tried to...

I think your going to find this motor is going to be pretty peppy just remember ease in on throttle and ease off throttle otherwise bad things will happen our motors don't like to just be stabbed they like you to roll into it easily and roll out easily otherwise head gaskets become a issue LOL...

very nice I have a set of long tube headers with Vband clamp flanges for where exhaust is attached had them for years and never used them theyre new in the box custom set for our motors they also came with ARP exhaust studs and nuts and such.

The cylinders look a bit rough but all in all seen worse and they still ran well and had good compression so I doubt you will have much issue looks to be alot of setting aka cylinder rust from setting and not being turned over. I like to really fog my motors if am going to let them set I use...

    Black Diesel On The Road!

I use my trans cooler on my return from injection pump then plumb it directly into the feed line from tank and i use a 90 gallon in bed tank with a screened sediment filter setup then dual cheap electric fuel pumps in parallel using 1/2 fuel line all the way from tank to sediment then to pumps...

    Black Diesel On The Road!

I myself run WMO / WVO and much more been doing so for years and years and a ton of miles and found ways around the issues including return fuel line plumbed into the suction line from tank to help heat things with waste engine heat and I run the injection pump return thru the trans cooler...

    1989 7.3idi n/a hard hot start/no start when warm??

well sadly it sounds like a dying injection pump when it does the hot no start poor cool water over back of pump aka section where the steal lines are if starts its a dead tattle tail the pump is dying and the cool water trick will only work a few times so do not think that will get you thru its...

    driveshaft shenanigans

looks like its coming along and yes the kits you see often online for clutch packs for these are the light duty crappy ones the one I sold you had the good set in it ( the HD aggressive set ) and I had tested it previously before removal to make sure it worked properly and was in good shape yes...

well our engines honestly with theyre capacity it takes longer to wear down the oil the issue is our engines are dirty and soot load the oil and plug the filters then you get the bypass issue hince why I use the motorcraft fl1995 and that huge oil bypass filter on the drivers fender of my truck...

    driveshaft shenanigans

The thing is find the heavy duty ones with the slotted / grooved steal disks and the brown friction disks and add proper fluid and the lockup is very good sometimes a bit to aggressive most of ones you find new are actually rebuilt ones or actually lighter duty ones look for ones for forestry...

    Self oil burning

its bad to do the neglect of oil changes on diesel yes it thins out then it thickens due to soot loading as the detergents break down the soot becomes a issue and then it starts plugging things up if you have a large oil filter with a good filtration aka powerstroke FL1995 it takes longer before...

that was the crazy thing he ran delo400 which is my favorite oil for our motors the oil was thick from soot and not thinned out and it had some sludge but not to bad as for mileage I would say around 20+k miles on that oil it was disgusting but better than I expected given the issue our motors...

    Self oil burning

The crazy thing is the motor I was refering to he ran out of oil because not checking it for weeks at a time and well he hadn't done a oil change in forever he admitted around 2 yrs and he ran it nearly daily 5 days a week during all that time so he severely neglected it and it didn't leak oil...

remember to drill out the bypass port on the thermostat housing and the block itself I believe was a 3/8 or so drill bit I used just be slow and easy if you don't do this you run into a few issues I found.
