Hard start even with new injectors, injection pump and glow plugs...help
I am having this same problem. Mine’s not drive able when started because it doesn’t seem to be injecting enough fuel into the cylinders. How/where can I get help in Northern Oregon?- T Pruett

Intercooler
I just used a CX Racing 2.5” universal bar and plate intercooler kit from eBay, a hacksaw and a file for my 93 F250 and it went in without a problem. I do wish I had used 2.25” instead.- T Pruett

Won’t start
Thank you everyone for the help so far. I had to change the starter and afterwards, I bled the injector lines that I could get to (all but one) and the thing fired up and ran the best it has ever run since I’ve owned it... then it stopped and won’t start again. Won’t start
I have a 93 IDI that won’t start. I have replaced the fuel tanks (filled with rust), fuel/water separator, lift pump, injection pump and injectors and the batteries but the truck still won’t start. It turns over. Please help.- T Pruett
