    Hopefully I can get the truck in the shop in the next couple of days and check out the wiring harness and the return lines. I replaced all the return lines, orings and clamps about 5 years or so ago.

    I just checked out the bushings. The sway bar is worn and it looks like a the rearward on the front springs are worn. Aslo the truck is occasionally making popping sounds under the driverside floor when turning.

    Pushrod length on the master cylinder? I didnt measure anything on the master cylinder I just Swapped it and started bleeding brakes. This truck has never really had good brakes. But got worse when I had a line blow and I had to replace the abs valve and then the maste cylinder.

    I dontt think so on the hot brake fluid it does it even when you start the truck. I can stop the truck you just have to push the pedal almost to the floor. If I adjust the rear brakes anymore the rear wheels get a little grabby.

    In the last year I have replaced the ABS valve on the frame and the master cylinder as well. I have spent hours bleeding the system and even removing the spring in the ABS valve as a test. I have been fighting pedal fade over he past few months.

    I have replaced the brakes lines about 7 years ago when I replaced the calipers,rotors and pads. I had thought about replacing the hoses just as a precaution.

    The drift was before the power steering box. My initial thought was the power steering box so I replaced it under warranty and replaced the power steering pump while I was in there.

    well it looks like the code was a problem with the speed sensor. I installed an old one that I think was good and cleared the codes. I am going to drive it tomorrow and see what happens. I am hoping the newer sensor had just failed.

    I have a spare speed sensor. The original wasnt bad when I replaced it. I might start there. It is hard to fix problems that dont stay broke.

    Yes it is an e4od. The speed sensor is around a year old. I was hoping it is something simple like a speed sensor and not a wiring issue.

    The last time I checked the tps voltage it was. 1.19 with the engine off. Also thanks for the info about the plug locations. I am thinking that the problem has to be the computer unlocking the torque converter because it is not setting a code. I really wish we could monitor live data with these...
