    Rsk kit on a 88?

    ORU's boxes the frame without needing to weld it. Sky's was designed for OBS frame horns which are already boxed. Most people box the frame and then use sky's or their own homemade rsk. I've read of people using sky's without boxing the frame which is something I highly advice against.

    With a 50 gallon tank you can do away with the stupid valve. I'm gonna run 1/2 line from one tank to another and bypass the valve.

    Just a few holes on the frame horns if you go with the overpriced ORU. Holes and a little welding to box the frame if you go with SKY etc. Everything else bolts on. Will also need taller lift blocks, dropped pitman arm and depending on the amount of lift either a dropped bracket or adjustable...

    Checkvalve before fuel filter cured my hardstarting problems. Even with leaky returns it fires right up. How long does the "wait to start" light stays on for? How often does it "click" under the hood after it does?

    6.0 Glow Plug Controller... Anyone have communication specs?

    Duct tape a 6.0 pcm in there some place a plug in it to that. Wire a obd2 too and you'll know which glow plugs are working. Just my oversimplified uneducated guess

    Are those 12v under load? Voltmeter readings are near useless. "New" starter from parts store could be bad as well.

    My idi is great but guess which truck I take my wife out to dinner or on trips in? My 6.0 and it's only left me stranded about 0 times. It wouldn't be fair to compare them. Regarding power & comfort SD's are in a different league.

    My Frind has a 2006 Ford F-350 4x4 6.0l turbo and got under boost P0299

    Bad ebp sensor or clogged ebp tube can cause underboost so can leaky cac boots/tubes. Stuck VGT vanes in the turbo as well. 6.0 dont have a wastegate. Edit: x2 on jasper he beat me to it

    High chance your EGR cooler is cracked and dumped enough coolant in the intake to hydrolock. Get ready for head gaskets, studs, egr delete and oil cooler at the minimum. You might think you can get away with a new egr cooler and egr valve but that's only gonna come back to bite ya in the rear.

    Neither of my SDs' hubs work in the 'Auto' position. Neither do the 2014s at work lol They suck, no way around it. Manuals all the way.
