    I believe R&D did a dyno result of the WW2 on the idi, its on youtube somewhere. I have the ww2 in my truck, and only hit 7 psi, but I think its due to still having the factory wastegate hooked up.

    E40D Tps/Fipl adjustment wont go below 1.58

    Have you tried getting a new FIPL, also you may have to move the bracket it mounts too, if overtime it has come loose and moved. Once you get the bracket in place close where you afre in range, you can fine tune the FIPL with the mounting bolts. Hope this makes sense.

    I didnt see it mentioned before, but what are your pre intercooler boost numbers? Are you maybe having a loss of psi in the cooler, it is possible to loose 1-3 psi through the system. tho not likely, but never know Also the 2.5 inch DP opening could be choking you a little, maybe isnt flowing...
