    It aint as bad as it looks.i can do a 2wd in an hour(done one in a half hour once),4wd takes me about hour and 45 minutes,but ive been a mechanic for 20 years.i use all hand tools and my trusty 1/2" impact,ive got 5 air ratchets that ive used maybe 5 times each.

    Does the selector valve work now?try switching tanks and see if you hear it clicking.if it works and the psd can connect to the gasser lines up front,leave it alone. Only thing that might be if the tanks are galvanized or not.iirc i read something about diesel eating the galvy off the tank.

    Might wanna do a quick search.i believe you want to run synthetic ATF to reduce gear noise due to solid flywheel.

    Rent a torque wrench.autozone can give you a print out if all the torque specs. Now would be a good time to change fluids in tranny and transfer case.gonna drain them anyways.replace ujoints if budget will allow it. Only surprise i can think of is clutch master and/or slave cylinder.get...

    Its actually pretty easy as longas everything isnt rusted up. If possible rent or borrow a tranny jack.it can be done with a floor jack,just be careful. I suggest a little mapp gas burnz o matic plumbers torch.itll heat up a nut or bolt enough to get them apart. I shouldnt have to say...

    They wanted an ID,wanted to know exactly what was in the box(truck parts wasnt a good enough description) i think they even wanted a dna sample from me and my first born child.

    The wings bolt nd screw in the exact same way as yours.the 92-97 had the corner cut off to clear the dash.

    Yes the 92-97 wings will fit 87-91 doors.the doors are all the same from 80ish-97 just a couple cosmetic differences between the 3 generations that you wouldnt notice unless somebody told you.
