Where ya at around Pa? Lots of deers out my way. Hunters claims they aren't around but my corn fields beg to differ.

I understand the pain. I had a 351w out to 408. Ran like a scalded...when it ran. One fine afternoon it sheared the crank shaft between #1 rod and #1 main. SCAT didn't care so I scrapped it and built a big block. Wish I had all the money back I spent on the small block.

I will admit that I have contemplated a 6.2 turbo or 6.5 turbo with 700r tranny into a 2wd short bed ford. Probably a 25mpg+ truck. And I wouldn't tell anyone what i did.

Hahahahaha
Anyone look at a modern 6.5 turbo lately?? Pull a valve cover on a hmmv and you know what fancy emblem is casted into the heads between the rockers??
NAVISTAR!!
That's right. IH cast the blocks and heads for "AM General" aka Detroit aka GM.
Next time I have to re seal on of...
When i bought my TDI in Virginia we went to the dmv and the notarized the title saying I bought it and then I bought a Temp License plate. About $50 total of I remember right, then I drive it home on bald summer tires and bad wiper blades through a snow storm at about 10 pm. Good time.

I know! All my other trucks I rip off the v belts. This one I went the other way. Idk what getting into me but there are just too many variables with the Idi serp setups

My truck just blew the head gaskets in the second Idi since I've got it on the road. Thinkin real hard about a 360. I don't want a cummins and I don't think I want another junkyard Idi.
I've really impressed with the 360 swaps I seen on here and I think I'd be pretty happy with one.

I put a 98 shuttle van dually rear in my 94 srw truck. Had to move the perches and shock mounts in 2" on each side. It's a Dana 70u HD rear. I defiantly need a different proportion valve or something with rear disc. They "work" but aren't grabbing hard enough yet.

I'd make ya a good deal on 2 working tilt columns ;)
I always pull them and install a straight one. Seems like I can never get the tilt where I like it.
I normally do this to my tractors too. I upgrade the steering box and hold the wheel where I like it and have brother weld the bracket. I...
Best fix I found for this is to rip all that junk off and go to V belts.
Serpentine (and stupidity) cost me an engine.
Too many different tensioners and belts to have the "correct set up". Had the old belt pop off 3 times, the third time it took out my cooling lines as I was about 1.5 miles...
It made me chuckle because I just took the cab off it and was waiting for the buyer when I decided to see what was happening on oilburners...

I have 2 columns, both without steering wheels. Both fully functional, very very little slop in the tilt section
One is missing the turn signal switch $100 + shipping
Other one has a working switch with good cams $150+ shipping
