    extra cooling.

Or you can add a "push" style fan in front of the intercooler and everything else up front to work along with the stock fan. I've seen this done on jeeps to get more air flow when slowly crawling. It seemed like when set up correctly the push fan would get it past IC, condensor, etc... and the...

    extra cooling.

I just got a 4-core champion rad and I have to say for the price its pretty decently built. Welds all look better than what I was expecting and fit into its new home nicely. Ford windstar is a good fan to use. Also I've heard that a specific gen of ford Taurus fans were very good. Maybe look...

    Which Dana 70 ???

You have a Dana 70U. Only difference is smaller pinion bearing and probably the 32 spline shafts. Pinion offset is probably 5/8" (which is good, more gearing options)

How to clean a rusty axle

Nicely done! When I was still living back home, I would always use my dads blaster out behind the shop with walnut shells. The walnut shells definitely do not get it pristine but they do a fantastic and fast job of all the big stuff. Then pressure wash, leave it in the sun to dry, and POR15 over...

Not off the top of my head, but I have seen it and heard of it before. If I can remember later when I get a chance I'll do homework. Sent from my VS980 4G using Tapatalk

On the less rude side of things... Lol. Its always illegal to put a fuel tank outside of the frame rails. Too exposed in the event of an accident. That's also why transfer tanks in a truck bed cannot extend past the frame rails. Sent from my VS980 4G using Tapatalk

The end is actually hollow... But I think the wire just was pulled out kinda reverse stripped. Kinda small to be a vacuum line. And I have a manual. Sent from my VS980 4G using Tapatalk

    Not Enough Coolant Recovered

Only use a motorcraft. Lower psi takes pressure off the head gasket and cooling system in general. Slightly higher psi raises your boiling point. Sent from my VS980 4G using Tapatalk

If you can get it done that cheap then that would be the way to go.

How to clean a rusty axle

That'll probably be really expensive. I like POR15 just because I know it works from first hand experience. But their are also cheaper rust converters out there that work well also.

Hey y'all, sorry haven't updated in a while. Been busy. Anyhow, got the hood on and got the front deflector in the mail. All she's waiting on is to fix the dent in the fender, paint the hood, charge the AC, and build the bumper. Sent from my VS980 4G using Tapatalk

Maybe... All dial calipers have the jaws on the front that grab something and measure it. Some also have a measuring tool on the other side. Its a simple little thing with a base you put at one end, and a rod that extends out the other and measures. I'll find a picture here in a bit. Sorry I'm...
