    Anti lock recall???

This is one of the reasons I asked the Forum: "Where are you pulling TSBs?" The Ford site is crap ... oh I meant to say %%%%.

    ZF-5 shenanigans

FYI: There was a TSB regarding the use of synthetic Mercon ... the site wanted $20 to look at TSBs ... so I didn't. (Mitchell1.com or some such). Edit: Here's the site: Mitchell1.com

    Interesting gauge mounts

I intend to modify the whole "cubby". I will have trailer brake controller and a couple of switches. 1 switch for trailer Aux power and one that runs my rear strobe light circuit.

    Interesting gauge mounts

I'd like to repurpose that area too. After the gauge / switch mounts, I'll to install my trailer brake controller in area (that you outlined) on the left.

So what did you do with your truck today?

Man ... that's rough. I must have been bleeding too much for it to stick on my hands!

So what did you do with your truck today?

I hear ya'. You may benefit from a pair of Kevlar gloves ... or fresh tetanus shot. It's like they intentionally sharpened some of those edges in there!

So what did you do with your truck today?

I just used a "rebuild" kit on the passenger side of the '93 last week. Other than the fact that my hands looked like they'd been hung up in a bailer ... it wasn't too bad. The worst part is poking 1/2" holes in your truck! Thanks Ford.

    Interesting gauge mounts

    Nice job sir.

    Solid rear brake line.

I've had multiple good experiences with this type of "bender". Certianly not my "go to" but very effective and nice to have on hand.

    Interesting gauge mounts

so ... J u n k y is on the list .... Jeez Mods: Your stupid robot makes it look like I'm using "foul language" when I'M TRYING REALLY HARD NOT TO!

    Interesting gauge mounts

Oh man ... I'd be "like a ***** in a drug store" ... endless possibilities with the correct tools and materials... One of my parts trucks had the "shelf / gun rack" mounted overhead. I requisitioned that shelf as my "foundation"

    Interesting gauge mounts

I just started playing with ABS sheet goods in hopes of fab'ing my own "over-head" gauge cluster and switch mount. Per YouTube videos it's not a complicated process. We'll see. I'll let you know how it goes. So far, I'm about $50 in to it and I've got (I think) all of the materials ... now...

Rebuilt 89 7.3 will not idle or go over 2100 rpm

I'd use a fuel treatment in the tanks too. Opti-Lube is my preference ... 1 part of their "XL" + 1 part their "Boost" treatment (about 1oz total per 10gal of fuel). The trucks seem to "like" it ... my fuel economy improved (IDIT) from 9mpg to almost 12mpg as well.

    I wasn't aware ... call me "Boomer"...?

TSB's ... where to pull from?

Bump ... if I may. I'd really appreciate additional input on this subject. If I have to, I'll pay for a "look/see" but that's not what I'm after. Thank you again, Kizer

    You know my trucks!

    What's up with the censoring

I'd say the Mods. have done a very good job of keeping that type of s **** t to a minimum. (fun w/ asterisk again). I respect and applaud their effort. I'm a "contributing member" ... I fully expect my vote, regarding changes.. If there's a $ issue tell us what it takes to solve!

    What's up with the censoring

I hope you're making the correct assumptions. 1st Ammendment lost is lost forever. This forum has been (as long as I remember) extraordinarily "tame". No need, from my perspective, to censor us.

    What's up with the censoring

Wait... I'M A SPONSOR! Right.?.? I don't remember being given the opportunity to vote (as a fellow "sponsor/supporting member"). Bye Bye "1A". Hello dark side. Help me understand: What's it take to "rebuke" the AI/PC B ullshi T? That was fun ... thank you for "listening"... mike...

    Best clutch hydraulics

I've been using the pre-bled kit from luk ... it looks (extraordinarily) similar to the other units available @ PartsGeek.com. Both have served me well ... so far.

    Oil filter and wrenches??

Just remember that the PSD filter adds +/- 1 quart of capacity...so you won't be surprised when you check oil level after change. As stated above, there's some discrepancy regarding individual truck "needs" in terms of engine oil capacity. My 6.9's and 7.3'***** right around 3/4 to full "on...

TSB's ... where to pull from?

Thank you for the reply ... I thought that I'd been "black balled". I wonder if "ball "will make it through PC / AI review.

    What's up with the censoring

Not to poke the proverbial "bear", but ... we got "crickets" on this? I'm really interested in the answer to the questions: ** How many annual $ would each member have to commit to keep this the way that we like it? ** How many annual $ divided by "Supporting Members"? I'm not opposed to...
