    I had trouble getting my intake hat off, but I'd try what IDIOT said, he's had more turbos off than anyone probably. Certainly more timing covers :) With a larger turbo you can see how close the snail is to the compressor housing

    Condensation in cdr will take a while to go away because of low lying areas containing coolant still. Like the oil cooler. It'll take forever for coolant to flush out of oil I would think. It's strange it still keeps losing it. I'd say you gotta drive the truck atleast a good 2 hours at temp...

    Johnson CM30P1-7 coolant pump mounted on driverside frame rail pushing up through bottom of intercooler radiator. With clutch fan in place I had no issues with ac until it got above 95f and was idling in traffic. Cooler or cruising and it's ice cold but mines also a black crew cab.

    You can use a 5/16" or 8mm 12pt socket for the 3 injection pump drive bolts. I acually had to go buy one because i didnt have one in the i dont know how many socket sets ive accumulated over the years. You'll need a stubby 9/16 or 14mm wrench to reach the passenger side injection pump bolt...

    I included the link for Amazon where it's $7 but would take time to ship. I've used alumaseal before too it works well. Maybe there could be some stress the block is seeing when it's running. That's the only thing I could think of if not the cover.

    When you are under pressure say 13psi it may not be leaking. When your engine is running at at pressure from the expanding coolant, say 10 or 12psi your water pump then has the Inlet charged to 10 or 12psi but liquid doesn't flow without a differential so your outlet could be at 25 or 30psi...

    Stop leak is bad no doubt but you have clean coolant, clean coolant passages and i dont forsee it causing as many problems as the pieces of crap people usually add it to. The stuff does work, many problems are caused by engines that are already leaking having it added to them with impurities...
