Nothing except dual exhaust and a k&N. I change the oil every 2000 miles and add a quart of lucas oil stabilizer with the rotella. I do a complete checkover of the truck every day and stay on top of everything. I bought it for a a grand about a year and a half ago from the local power company...- cgassett

Glow System Gremlins
I noticed this with my 6.2 and did some research. According to Mitchel on Demand, " a normally operating system works as follows; at room temperature and with ignition on and engine off, the glow plugs come on for 4-6 seconds and the go off for about 4.5 seconds. HOLY SH*T...UNbelievable
fuel mileage is awesome in some of these 6.2s. My 89 crew cab gets 19-24 mpg pulling a 20' open landscape trailer at a rolling weight of 14000 lbs and my hummer in Iraq got about 15 mpg at about 11000 all armored up rolling through the sand.- cgassett
